iDCC erected a full covered scaffold to all elevations to enable complete removal of all existing roof coverings and decking, whilst ensuring no further water ingress to the partially occupied living quarters. Supply and install IKO Gold seal Guardian roof covering strictly installed to manufacturers specification and achieving their associated guarantee. To include new downpipes and outlets. iDCC executed these works with our supply chain contractors MJ Construction and K Scaffold Ltd. iDCC hoping to be successful on this tender / project we will again work in conjunction with MJ and K Scaffold.

Our client was extremely satisfied with iDCC’s works and ethic towards completing these works to a high-standard with no disruption to normal running’s of the accommodation block. Whilst additional works were instructed to the localised internal works, all works to roof were completed as tender and budget.
