Working on a residential housing estate for the Tenant Management Organisation (TMO). The works involved the removal of existing hop iron railings, excavation and foundation works in preparation for the construction of a new dwarf brick wall, ready to receive newly fabricated ornate iron railings.

In addition to this, IDCC undertook the construction of Haddonstone cast stone pillars for pedestrian and vehicular entrances and also to receive newly fabricated ornate iron gates. IDCC also resurfaced the drive and associated roads, totalling an area of 1,374m². To complete the works IDCC installed more 26 uplighters to highlight the imported trees.
